The story
The Alborz is the mountain range that runs across northern Iran between the Caspian Sea and the central plateau. Its snow feeds the rivers and gardens below, and its peaks are visible from the streets of Tehran on clear days.
Persiahaus Studio drew one ink-black peak with a white snow cap, deep lapis foothills and a white sun, on a warm clay ground. It is the most restrained of the mountain prints, made to sit easily in a study or office.
