The story
The supreme master of the ghazal, whose Divan is found in nearly every Iranian home. This portrait is imagined, not a likeness: it belongs to the series Persiahaus Studio drew for the Greats of Persian poetry.
Persiahaus Studio drew hafez in profile, short dark beard and turquoise turban, with a cypress, an open book and a cup of wine.
