The story
Wandering Sufi poet of Hamadan whose ghazals sing of a love that is both human and divine. This portrait is imagined, not a likeness: it belongs to the series Persiahaus Studio drew for the Greats of Persian poetry.
Persiahaus Studio drew iraqi with a short dark beard and a white turban, against a saffron halo on lapis, with a flame for his Divine Flashes.
